GUEST INFORMATION

ARRIVAL AND ASSISTANCE

The manager(s) of the holiday home will be your first point of contact. You should have received your corresponding contact details in the booking confirmation. He / She will be happy to assist you and ensure that the house is in immaculate condition for your stay. If there are any ambiguities, for example due to a language barrier, you are welcome to call or email us.

Your registration with the municipality, including payment of the tourist tax, is based on your booking details and it is being taken care of. If there are any questions, the administrator will get in touch with you. Please note that the maximum number of people stated on the booking confirmation must not be exceeded.

 

PARKING

There is a parking space in front of the house labelled TOP 13. If you are travelling with more than one car, you are welcome to use the public car park in town.

 

ACCESS CARDS

You can use the access cards for the house entrance, the holiday apartment, the access to the ski depot and the elevator. In case of loss or defect of the card, please report to the administration immediately.

 

SKI STORAGE

There is a ski depot in the basement, where there is a locker with the number “13”. In the locker, there is a ski boot heater for up to 6 pairs of boots and storage space for skis / poles / snowboard etc.

 

SKI BUS

The ski bus (number 715) stops at the parking lot in front of the house (bus stop Pfarrhof). The bus frequency can be found in the bus timetable. It is important to note that not every bus going in the direction of Mauterndorf stops at Pfarrhof.

 

WASTE SEPARATION

Green for green, plastic for plastic, paper for paper and so on. Please help us sort the waste carefully. At the end of the carport, at the back of the house, you will find a green bin for leftovers, a cardboard bin, a yellow bag for plastic, a residual waste bin and a glass bin. Here you can dispose of the garbage. There is also a glass container available at the ADEG supermarket in town.

 

BEDDING

For hygiene reasons, all guests must use the clean linen provided. If you would like a linen change, please ask the administrator. He / She will be happy to provide you the service with a small service charge.

 

WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS

You can find the WiFi key on the wall in the kitchen.

 

TV

The televisions all have cable TV with many channels and Smart TV functionalities. Please feel free to log into your Netflix, Amazon Prime or DAZN account if you’d like to stay in and enjoy a cozy evening. Please don’t forget to log out before you leave.

 

GAMES AND BOOKS

As a host, we would like to ensure a comfort and seamless stay for our guests. In the hall closet, you will find some board games and books. Please feel free to use them and have a fun evening!

 

BABY COT, HIGHCHAIR AND KIDS AMENITIES

Our apartment is family friendly and we would like to make sure our little guests have a pleasant stay as well. A baby cot, high chair and a foldable bath tub are available in the hall closet free of charge. Cups and utensils for kids are available in the kitchen.

 

IRON & IRONING BOARD

An iron and ironing board are available in the hall closet.

 

NON-SMOKING HOUSE

We welcome all guests and we respect that you might want a cigarette during your stay. We hope you understand that this is a non-smoking house and we would appreciate if you have your cigarettes outside in the balcony. An ashtray is available in the balcony.

 

HANDLING INVENTORY

Our apartment is equipped with all basic equipment. We understand that something might break, it happens all the time and we are all human being after all. We kindly ask you to inform us should something break during your stay, so that we can replenish the inventory.

 

HOUSE RULES

As a host, we do our best to offer you the best comfort and hope that your stay here feels like home. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation that you do not move or re-arrange any furniture, as this might cause unnecessary damage and wear and tear to the furniture, walls or doors. Please also note the following rules:

 

1. Indoor furniture is not suitable for outdoor use and vice versa.

2. Please always place pans, candles or hot objects on kitchen worktops/tables with coasters or saucers as this will prevent burn marks.

3. Please do not throw objects into drains such as sinks, toilet or shower. Tampons, sanitary napkins, diapers, panty liners etc. should be disposed in the waste bin. Disposal of environmentally harmful detergents, fats, food waste and chlorine are strictly forbidden.

4. Celebration and having fun is of course welcome, but please be considerate of other house guests.

5. Let’s take care of Mother Earth together! Please be mindful of the use of electricity, gas, heating oil and water. When you leave the house, we kindly ask you to make sure that the stove, lights, oven, televisions are turned off.

 

Should the above house rules not been followed, the owner or the property manager has the right to charge additional costs during, but also after the stay to compensate for any damage to property, time or expenses suffered.
